واشر تفلون (Teflon/PTFE Washer): واشر تفلون یا واشر ptfe یک واشر از جنس پلی‌تترافلوئورواتیلن است که به دلیل خواص منحصر به فرد خود در صنایع مختلف کاربرد دارد. دمای ذوب آن حدود 327 درجه سانتی‌گراد است و دمای کارکرد آن بین -200 تا 260 درجه سانتی‌گراد می‌باشد. ,واشر تفلون دارای خواص عایق الکتریکی عالی، مقاومت شیمیایی بالا، ضریب اصطکاک پایین و مقاومت در برابر حرارت است. از کاربردهای آن می‌توان به صنایع شیمیایی، غذایی، دارویی و الکترونیک اشاره کرد. گریدهای مختلف واشر تفلون شامل واشرتفلون شیشه، واشر تفلون کربن و واشر تفلون گرافیت هستند که هر کدام خواص و کاربردهای خاص خود را دارند
